    • Mr. Brecka, my name is Jason, and I came across your TikTok clips some years back after listening to Dana White talk about you on a podcast. Since hearing of you and doing some light research over the years, I found your clips and podcast interesting and informational. Over the last decade or so, I have started to listen to a lot of Joe Rogan, Shawn Ryan, you, and a few others. Over the years, I've realized the path I'm on with my health and my future family's health is more grim than I thought. It's made me want to focus on taking control of mine and my future family's health.

    • Let me give you a rundown of me and my situation. I (Jason) am a 35-year-old, 5'8", 270 lbs male. I come from a family that had extremely bad weight and health issues. Since I was a child, I watched my father, grandparents, aunts, and uncles who were all morbidly obese, the smallest one being my uncle at 350 lbs and my father being the biggest at 500+ lbs. As a child, I witnessed my family struggle with the most basic of tasks and a laundry list of health issues.
