After watching some of your videos, I am now concerned my days are numbered. I am diabetic, on a lot of medications, and three different types of insulin. I can't get my sugar levels down, and now I am scared I don't have much time to do what I want in life. I am 61 years old. I also receive shots in my back called bupivacaine. What can I do? My brother and sister, both with diabetes, passed very young, and neither made it past 65. Is there any hope for me? I got the red light thing today and also started the breathing thing this morning, although I may not have done it right, as I didn't get lightheaded. I am on a lot of vitamins, including Magnesium, Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1), Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), Omega-3 (Fish Oil), and Vitamin B12. I just need to add the D3 with K2.
