Can you please help me get my blood sugar below 100 and my A1C to 4 or 5? My blood glucose was 153 after waking up on 2/11/25, and I began fasting at 6am on the same day. My last blood test in 10/2024 showed my A1C was 7. My diet is low to no sugar, low carb, high protein, and high fat. As of 2/14/25, I am at 70 hours of fasting, and my blood sugar is 155. I weighed 232 pounds on 2/11/25 and 219 pounds on 2/14/25.
