Rheumatologic Diagnosis Journey

I am diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and am just starting my journey. I would prefer to find the root problem and cure this naturally, rather than taking steroids that come with many side effects. I watched you in the Shawn Ryan interview and thought you mentioned being able to look at bloodwork and combat inflammation in ways other than medication. Can you help me? I just turned 60, have 7 (and counting) grandchildren, and I am a realtor who loves to garden. I want a quality of life without relying on pharmaceuticals. I am prepared to do what you recommend.
