Hi Gary! I watched Shawn Ryan's latest episode in which you were a guest. It was a wonderful episode! A few months back, I made some changes in my own diet due to gut and anxiety issues after doing my own research by reading books like "Gut and Physiology Syndrome" and "Digestion Connection." I also took the initiative to eliminate a lot of bad foods from my son's diet. He used to have issues with focus in school, and since we've cut out snacks and foods that I believed to be somewhat healthy and nutritious, we haven't had the same teacher's notes come to us.
He is doing well now, but I'd like to know if there are any other measures I could take to ensure his cognitive and emotional well-being so that he can really thrive in school and other areas of his life.
I would also like to know if you have any recommendations on a certain brand of children's multivitamins, as there is an overwhelming selection online, and I'd like to choose one that you would consider to be high quality. This year, I'd like to reach a point where our diet consists of whole foods and grass-fed organic meats, but it seems daunting if I am honest, and I do not know why. Any advice on this?
