After watching some of your videos, I am now concerned my days are numbered. I am diabetic, on a lot of medications, and three different types of insulin. My brother and sister, both with diabetes, passed very young, and neither made it past 65. Is there any hope for me? I got the red light thing today and also started the breathing thing this morning, although I may not have done it right, as I didn't get lightheaded. I am on a lot of vitamins, including Magnesium, Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1), Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), Omega-3 (Fish Oil), and Vitamin B12. I just need to add the D3 with K2.
