I have a question about this episode Menopause: How your body changes and what you can do and this Hormones and Diet. I am a 45-year-old stage 4 uterine/ovarian cancer survivor going through menopause due to a full hysterectomy performed immediately after my diagnosis. My doctors advise against any hormone therapy or treatment because my cancer was estrogen-driven. I feel lost on what I can do safely to improve my health and balance my hormones. I went through aggressive chemo and radiation treatments, during which I actually gained weight. Since my diagnosis, I have been trying to eat healthily, stay hydrated, and have invested in grounding products. What additional steps can I take to support my health?
