I have a CS2 tournament coming up in 10 days. How can I ensure that I'm in peak mental state by then? I find myself often dissociating from the game and having trouble with my movement and coordination. I'm also often tired and can't stay focused. Currently, I sleep from around 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM, which gives me at least seven and a half hours of sleep consistently through the night, but I still don't feel my best. Unfortunately, most of the day I sit in front of a computer doing work, and sometimes I go to the gym only four times a week. On average, I take around 3,000 steps a day. I don't drink caffeine late at night, I eat mostly healthy, and I take supplements. I can't figure out why I'm not sharp. What can I do to improve my mental state and performance before the tournament?
