Product Management Evolution

Early on, the team operated with a lean approach, managing six products with just 15 people, focusing on code reuse and shared libraries. As the company grew, it transitioned from a functional model to a GM structure to enhance decision-making autonomy, before reverting back to a functional model to streamline integrations across products. The evolution of product offerings, from six to a fluctuating number, reflects strategic adjustments based on organizational needs and market demands.
