Water Purification Insights
Eric discusses the challenges of blue algae and the importance of purifying water to eliminate toxins. He emphasizes that water needs minerals to be healthy, warning against the dangers of drinking distilled or reverse osmosis water without proper mineral supplementation. I have a question about this episode #254 - James Blott: From Sewage to Salvation: The Dirty Truth About Agriculture and the Church and this Water Purity Insights. I distill my water with a Pure Water distillation machine, and when the water is distilled, it passes through a carbon filter in the same machine. It's mentioned that it's not good to drink distilled water over the long term and that we need to add minerals. I'm trying to find out exactly which minerals to add and, more importantly, which brand or product to buy, as I don't want to recontaminate my water by adding a product extracted from contaminated soil. Also, if I take supplements of the same minerals needed in my water at the beginning of the day and magnesium before bed, do I really need to add the minerals to the water itself, or is it okay if my daily dose of these minerals is reached?
