I have a strange feeling everyday. I go to sleep for about 8h per night and do about 2-3 full body workouts per week, nothing crazy in terms of intensity, but I try to do it as heavy as I can while maintaining good form for the most of it. In terms of diet, I want to believe that I eat pretty much ok food, not much processed or take out, and most of it is home cooked. I am about 36yo, about 87kg and I feel tired and lacking drive or motivation to do much outside of going to work, my workout (some days I really have to push myself to finish it) and I am not a happy person not the energic, actually feeling kinda tired even with my "good enough" 8h of sleep per night. What should I add / regress or investigate in order to be a little more lively and not be tired?
