As someone who has trauma around spirituality and religion, how can I understand how spirituality comes into my relationships, especially after experiencing betrayal, rejection, and deconstruction when leaving the church? I feel misunderstood if I meet someone who is religious. Is there anywhere else that I can understand this further if I can't find the specific episode of the podcast that discusses this topic?
