Choosing a bootstrapped path, Roman and Aliaksandr focused on product excellence rather than extensive marketing efforts. Roman shares that their strategy of letting the product speak for itself attracted clients organically, as engineers within companies advocated for VictoriaMetrics 3. This approach allowed them to maintain a lean team and concentrate on performance and scalability, extending their reach into competitive areas like log processing.
