Transforming Pain

Loneliness can manifest physically, often felt as a pang in the stomach, but it’s the stories we tell ourselves that fuel this pain. By shifting our relationship with that pain and embracing the idea that everything is constantly changing, we open ourselves to new possibilities. Cultivating self-compassion during moments of loneliness is essential, as it allows us to acknowledge our feelings without judgment and fosters a mindset of curiosity about what the future may hold.
