Diet and Period Pain
There’s little evidence supporting the idea that cutting gluten or dairy can alleviate period pain. Observational studies show no strong correlation between dairy consumption and dysmenorrhea, and randomized controlled trials are lacking for both gluten and anti-inflammatory diets.
