I have long Covid; I did my best to be prepared for it, although I work in the healthcare environment, and it was unavoidable. A mild case and then a major case of Covid in 2021 left me with a major case of long Covid affecting most of my body with nightmarish symptoms. I fight daily to stay a good father, a good husband, and a productive member of society, but there are always so many limiting factors. I would love to understand if there are ways to rehabilitate.
My wife recently started having some health issues, and I truly believe they could be addressed based on the protocols you advocate. We are already working with doctors, but we aren't really getting anywhere. She has lost some motor functions and couldn't walk with good balance for a while, which meant I had to drive her around. The right side of her body has now tested weaker than the left, and we just don't understand what's going on. Not sure if it was by chance, but she has slightly improved, though she still experiences periodic issues.
