I want to start on a journey towards better health, as I have had the exposure and health concerns you speak about, like ulcerative colitis (UC). While I no longer suffer from UC, as it turned to cancer at 26 and I had a total proctolectomy, I am concerned that without a colon I may need different guidance. Any thoughts on how to move forward?
