Stratosphere Stability

Convection cells rely on temperature differences, which are absent in the stratosphere due to its temperature inversion. This stability leads to a lack of cloud formation and turbulence, distinguishing it from the more dynamic troposphere. While polar stratospheric clouds can occasionally form, the stratosphere primarily remains free of significant weather phenomena.
