Agile Values

Jutta notes, "The main job of a process coach is to figure out what's needed for the specific team, for a specific project and find the process that supports exactly that team, that project." 2

   

Distributed Teams

Implementing Agile in distributed teams presents unique challenges, particularly in building trust and ensuring effective communication. Jutta discusses the importance of face-to-face interactions, even in nearshoring contexts, to foster trust and understanding among team members 3.
