We often associate solitude with negative connotations, picturing lonely individuals or those who are socially isolated. However, research suggests that spending time alone doesn't inherently lead to loneliness. Instead, there’s a need to reshape our understanding of solitude, recognizing its potential benefits while also acknowledging that not everyone who is alone is enjoying their solitude.
