Operational Security Tactics

A special forces unit in Berlin faced significant operational security challenges after its existence was revealed. To address these issues, the unit was deactivated and reactivated under a new name, yet many of the same personnel and tactics remained in use. Surprisingly, the East Germans failed to connect the dots, allowing the new unit to operate without detection for years.
