Is there a way to consult with you about help with tremors in my left hand?
For the past 20 years, I have dealt with a gradually worsening leg tremor. For the first 15 years, I was undiagnosed, and then 5 years ago, they decided it was Parkinson’s, although it "wasn't presenting like a large percent of other patients." Regardless of the diagnosis, the medication they have given me works only so well and recently sometimes not at all. Although I'm grateful to be able to stand and walk again, I am constantly looking for ways to help my brain and body function like they were originally intended to. Do you have any suggestions for supplements, exercises, or anything else that would assist me in this? I would be grateful for any recommendations you would suggest I look into.
