Forms of Leprosy
Leprosy manifests in three main forms, influenced by individual immune responses rather than bacterial strain. The tuberculoid form, the least severe, leads to loss of sensation in extremities, while the lepromatous form is the most severe, causing widespread skin involvement and lesions.
