Toxoplasmosis Symptoms

The majority of toxoplasmosis infections are asymptomatic, with 80-90% of individuals experiencing no noticeable symptoms. For those who do show signs, swollen lymph nodes are the most common indicator. However, in rare cases, the infection can invade organs, leading to conditions like myocarditis or pneumonitis, particularly in immunocompromised individuals or depending on the strain of the parasite.
