Alpha Gal Mysteries

Have you heard of "Alpha-Gal Syndrome"? Researchers say it's an allergy to a sugar molecule found in mammals caused by a tick bite. I have had Alpha-Gal for going on 4 years, and it's way more than a red meat allergy. It has caused severe inflammation, joint pain, weight loss, and many other symptoms. Some people are even hospitalized due to symptoms. The only treatment that has helped me is Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT). Doctors say they don't know enough about Alpha-Gal and just always recommend staying away from red meat, even though it's other things such as makeup, body wash, feminine products, shampoo/conditioner, etc. I was wondering if you have any more research or if you have seen any cases. It's very frustrating and disheartening to struggle and for doctors to say they can't do anything.
