My wife got pregnant a little over 2 years ago with our first kid. In her third trimester, she started experiencing digestive issues that caused her to lose so much weight that her body is forcing itself to shut down. This issue seems unrelated to her diet, eating habits, or ingredient intake, and it is not consistent. After a second pregnancy, it got worse, and the medical system cannot figure out what is going on. Now she is 28 years old, has had 2 kids within 3 years, and weighs 92 lbs. She feels weak and tired and can barely function as a mom most of the time. I would really love your input on this situation.
Dear Gary, I recently listened to your interview with Patrick Bet David, where you discussed the incredible transformation you helped Dana White achieve. I was hopeful that you could help my husband and me as well. We are entrepreneurs and have faced many stressful experiences in our business journey. At one point, my husband weighed 320 pounds, but he is now an extremely fit gym owner. During this transformation, he faced numerous health challenges, including Hashimoto's disease, acid reflux, hernias, hemorrhoids, colon polyps, herniated disks, heart palpitations, blood sugar crashes, and high blood sugar. He overcame each of these issues through dietary changes, exercise, good sleep, and some surgeries. However, he now struggles with extreme fibromyalgia, dry eyes and mouth, and a foggy brain. We have been suspicious that these symptoms may be linked to some sort of genetic disease, as his maternal grandmother struggled with many similar symptoms, and his paternal-great maternal grandfather committed suicide due to the extreme pain he lived with. After hearing your podcast, I felt hopeful that there might be a nutrient not being processed in my husband's body. He has worked hard and challenged himself to build his health, so I am reaching out to see if you can help us solve the pain that he lives in. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide to us.
