I have a question about the episode Arielle Lorre—A Super Raw Conversation About Rock Bottom, Plastic Surgery & Hollywood Life and the clip Facing Denial. I struggle with addiction; I start drinking or using drugs, and it gets bad quickly, with 3-day hangovers and week-long withdrawals. I’ll get sober, but a week or two later, I relapse. Sometimes it's worse than others, depending on how fast I decide I need to stop. I’m severely depressed and tired of living like this. I get no joy or tranquility, which makes me give in to drinking and drugs again. I desperately want to be sober and find peace. Is there anything specific I can focus on, such as vitamins, gut health, or other lifestyle changes, to break this vicious cycle?

I have a question about the episode 311: Getting Unstuck From Self-Sabotage With Erin Pheil of MindFix and the clip Chronic Pain Journey. I currently feel very hopeless about my case. Back in July '24, I was given Lexapro 10mg to help me with my "depression/anxiety symptoms." I have always been cautious with medication but took a leap of faith and took a single pill. Two hours later, I experienced a horrible adverse reaction; it sent strange sensations throughout my body, it felt like my body was on fire, and the fire would shoot up to my brain. I spent an entire month with nonstop daily panic attacks, restlessness, and a horrible feeling of impending doom. I went to the ER several times, and during one visit, I was even given a steroid for what was suspected as inflammation in my brain. How should I approach my situation given these experiences?
