Hormones and Health
A significant rise in hormonal issues is observed across age groups, especially in men, highlighting the need for increased awareness and proactive measures. Women often face additional challenges due to societal pressures and a lack of research specific to their health. Shifting the mindset from deprivation to nourishment is crucial for supporting the body’s natural processes and overall well-being.In this clip

Tell me about the balance of women's hormones and age
I have a question about this episode and the clip. It is mentioned that when normalized to the same units, adult women typically have more testosterone than they do estrogen. On average, their testosterone levels are still far lower than those of age-matched men, but nonetheless, the testosterone > estrogen reality is surprising to many people. If measuring on day 5 of the menstrual cycle, the estradiol and progesterone levels will be low. Is this the basis of the comparison to testosterone levels? Shouldn't the comparison be based on when estrogen production is at its highest, such as around day 10 - 12 in the cycle, to accurately claim that pre-menopausal women produce more testosterone than estrogen?
