Our emotional states send powerful signals to those around us, influencing their feelings and reactions. When anchored in a place of "ventral okness," we radiate cues of safety, fostering connection and kindness. Conversely, if we are anxious or disengaged, we may inadvertently project confusion and discomfort, impacting others on a subconscious level.
