Is it okay to follow this frequency: Day 1 - strength training, Day 2 - mobility and running, Day 3 - mobility and trigger sessions, Day 4 - mobility and trigger sessions, and then restart from Day 1? I don't recover properly with 1 rest day between a full-body training day. So, I take 2-3 days of rest depending on whether I do cardio, usually 2 rest days with Mobility and Trigger sessions. Is this approach suitable?
