How much weight can you gain or lose while still being considered in maintenance?
Do you think I'm being wise with my weight loss plan? I did a cut from December to the middle of April and spent the summer in and out of maintenance, sometimes a little bit above and sometimes a little bit below my target weight. I am about 7 pounds away from my absolute goal, so I am doing a four-week more aggressive cut, even though I’ve been a little bit in and out of cuts all summer. My previous cuts have all been very gentle and gradual. I ended my big cut at 141 pounds and have maintained a weight of around 145 pounds all summer.
