Would your test help me get to the root of my health issues as a 46-year-old woman with two young children who has gained 37 pounds, experiences extreme exhaustion, persistent brain fog, and other symptoms without any lifestyle or diet changes in the last two years, as discussed in the episode 254: The connection between cortisol & weight loss | Kyrin Dunston, M.D. and the clip Transformation Through Healing? I am very interested in healing from within and not relying on medications to treat symptoms without addressing the underlying problems.
I have a question about this episode Episode 28: Melissa Navarro and this Thyroid Troubles. I am a 64-year-old female with Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroidism. I am tired of feeling fatigued, being in pain all over, experiencing brain fog, and feeling depressed because of my condition. I need guidance on how to change my situation. Levothyroxine does not seem effective. I've tried gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free diets and still feel the same. I cannot lose the extra weight I want to lose. I've seen an endocrinologist who prescribed Phentermine, but only basic labs were performed. Please help me or tell me who can assist me. Thank you. Shelly S.
I have a question about the episode The 5 Major Hormonal Shifts & How To Restore Balance with Dr. Taz Bhatia | 275 | Kelly LeVeque and the clip Hormones and Healing. I'm 58 years old and have been suffering for years. I feel like I'm losing myself; I'm tired all the time, experiencing erectile dysfunction, depression, losing strength, and struggling with memory and focus. These issues are ruining my life. I tire easily when I try to exercise, and I feel these symptoms may be related to metabolic syndrome. I mentioned it to one of my doctors, but it was dismissed immediately. I also know I'm deficient in vitamin D, as diagnosed by the same doctor. I moved to a new state and cannot see my new doctor until another 10 months. I'm a somebody to my son, and he's my only reason to care. Deep down, I want to be better, but I'm tiring as each day goes on. Is there anything I can do?
