Is cleaning your house a form of working out?
I'm wondering if, when I go into a deficit, will I be alright? Does my cleaning routine play an important role in the fitness program and diet I'm going to do here? If you have any advice about that, please let me know.
I'm running Maps Transform. I'm not quite sure if I'm going to mess up my fitness program because I clean for a living for four hours straight—mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms every morning. I do it very fast, and sometimes I keep working for another two hours, so every day I usually walk around 10,000 steps, moving my body a lot and sweating. It feels like cardio.
