Why is intermittent fasting not working for me?
I've cut way back on my drinking (it's not eliminated yet, but it's down to two nights a week, and no more than two drinks on those nights). I don't put sugar or cream in my coffee anymore. For breakfast, I have an 80-calorie yogurt with cut fruit in it. I don't eat three servings of desserts anymore at lunch. We don't buy anything to graze on at night, so I don't consume excess calories. I'm going to the gym about four times a week, and I'm not losing any weight. I'm basically holding. It's frustrating. What can I do to lose weight despite these changes?
Is it possible for my body to not be able to handle sugar if I don’t feel good every time I eat it, as discussed in the episode Jennifer Goldstein and the clip Blood Sugar Insights?
