Dr. Gina Poe shares tips for falling asleep faster and dealing with insomnia. She recommends getting out of bed and doing something relaxing if you can't fall asleep within 15 minutes and warns that taking 45 minutes to fall asleep is a sign of delayed sleep onset insomnia. Additionally, falling asleep in two minutes may indicate a lack of sleep and snoring could be a sign of sleep apnea.
