I did my bloodwork and my cholesterol levels came up super high: LDL 7.5, NON-HDL 8.2, HDL 1.35, Total Cholesterol 9.6, HDL Ratio 7.12, Triglycerides 1.68. I would love to hear your opinion. Should I go on statins, or should I approach a more aggressive diet/lifestyle? Are statins the only way if I am diagnosed with Familial Hypercholesterolemia?
