I have a question about the episode 1694: Avoiding Weight Gain When Reducing Activity, Deficit Deadlifts, & More (Live Coaching) and the clip Testosterone and Lifestyle. I'm 5'10", 36 years old, 234 lb with 30% body fat. For my job, I mostly stand at a machine throughout the day, and I usually only get about 4,000 to 6,000 steps. I do MAPS Anabolic 3 days a week. After reversing up to 3,000 calories for 12 weeks about a month ago, I cut my calories to 2,450. Since then, I've only dropped 3 lb. Should I cut my calories to 2,200 or should I just stay the course? My macros are 234 g protein, 198 g carbs, and 75 g fat.
What can I do to achieve my weight loss goals?
