Is symmetry a good program when cutting body fat?
I have a question about the episode 1518: Squatting Every Day, Training Changes When Cutting or Bulking, Prevent Low Back Pain & More and the clip Cutting vs. Bulking. I'm currently running the MAPS Aesthetic program and doing a bulk for the first two phases. I plan to go on a cut for the last phase. I've heard you guys talk about how high-intensity/supersetting workouts aren't typically the best while on a cut in order to preserve strength. Love to hear your thoughts around nutrition and workouts while running Aesthetic. Thanks so much!
My question is: Should I: A.) Cut for a few weeks to shed body fat, then reverse out? B.) Figure out my current maintenance numbers and focus on getting strong? C.) Attempt a stricter bulk and lift heavy?
