I am consistent with both my training and diet. I hit more than enough protein every single day and I'm following the MAPS Anabolic program (so I'm definitely changing my exercises enough by following that program), and yet what Adam is saying about maintaining weight while achieving significant body composition changes simply doesn't work for me. Why is that?
I've run MAPS Anabolic one time through while remaining in a small surplus and bouncing around maintenance to build muscle, lean out, and build strength, which I achieved. I'm on my second time going through MAPS Anabolic, doing the same thing, and I still feel like I'm gaining some muscle and strength, just not as much as the first time. Should I continue doing MAPS Anabolic, or is there a certain program you suggest from the MAPS series while I am doing somewhat of a body recomposition?
If I've run through MAPS Anabolic about 2 to 3 times and I feel like I haven't mastered my form and technique, should I stay in MAPS Anabolic to perfect my form and muscle connection before moving on to more advanced programs like MAPS Aesthetic? What do you think is the best way for me to progress?
