Is it recommended or not recommended to combine days like this? If not recommended, maybe you'd recommend Maps 15 Strong instead? Is it high volume?
Is the expectation that the weights are super heavy for Maps 15 Strong? I am doing well moderating my weight loads with Maps Anabolic, but I'm not sure if the phases for Maps Strong are lower reps/heavier weights in general—which doesn't work for my body right now (dealing with some chronic pain issues, and keeping the weights a little lower seems to work well, at least right now).
Do you have any other recommendations for my particular regimen? I've already got Maps Symmetry (enjoy), Maps Performance (ok, not in love with), Maps Resistance (also love), Maps Starter, Maps Bands, Maps Suspension, Maps Hiit (did not love that one and quit partway through!), Maps 15 (loved but that was before my triathlon training and haven't tried it since just because of the daily format).
