With all this in mind and not having specific goals other than gaining some benefits of bulking and cutting, is it possible to do this intuitively? My thought would be that during a bulk, I would allow myself a second (or bigger) serving of dinner and allow myself to eat healthy snacks between meals whenever I'm hungry. Things like cheese, jerky, nuts, fruit, hummus and veggies, etc. Then during a cut, I would try to keep meal portions a little smaller and try not to snack between meals. My hope would be that making these changes would allow me to bump or cut calories by a few hundred either way without having to actually track. Is this plan feasible? Any advice or things you would do differently?
