Can you let me know a bit more about how the Maps 15 programs work? I've trained fairly consistently for the last 10 years and have been doing the Maps programs since August last year. I feel like it will be strange to only do 15 minutes a day, and I can only go to the gym 3-4 days a week. Should I do the other days at home? Just a little bit more about the programs would be good.
Can I go straight into MAPS 15 Advanced without doing the standard MAPS 15 if I've been working out on and off for years and have worked out consistently for the last 8 months?
