I have been running MAPS programs for almost 3 years now. I ran MAPS Powerlift last year, followed by Anabolic, Aesthetic, Performance, and finally MAPS 15 before returning back to Powerlift. Am I on the right track, or should I be pushing myself to lift heavier this time as I run MAPS Powerlift again?
