I was doing Maps Aesthetic but suffered an injury not related to the program. I still performed my workouts, lowering the weight and using machines to avoid aggravating the injury. I'm currently in the second phase of Maps Aesthetic, but I feel like the phase has become less effective due to my injury. It's been about half a week to a week since I started feeling better and pushing myself more in my workouts.
Since I couldn't proceed to the third phase because I didn't feel secure in the movements due to the injury, I’ve been wondering if I should revert back to the beginning of Maps Aesthetic and focus more on the strength aspect. I'm currently in a cutting phase. What would be the most beneficial approach? Should I continue with Maps Aesthetic, or switch to a different program to ensure I receive the needed stimuli and keep progressing?
Should I run MAPS Aesthetic again, or should I change up the training to something like MAPS Strong or MAPS Anabolic? I've already done MAPS Anabolic.
