What are the benefits of priming and mobility?
I was inquiring about the prime and prime pro programs. I have some hypermobility issues that I’ve been dealing with, and since realizing this was the problem, I've stopped doing static stretching and some mobility work. However, I don’t want to stop doing mobility work altogether, as I know it is important. I’m trying to figure out different ways to stay mobile while also building more stability in certain areas so that I can eventually progress to a full range of motion without the risk of injury. I’m also interested in learning how to prime before workouts.
