With Maps Anabolic, how important is it to do the exercises in the order laid out in the program?
What muscle imbalances can occur from the MAPS Anabolic program?
I started the MAPS Anabolic program about a month and a half ago. Before that, I was training six days a week with a push-pull-leg split. I only ever did the first foundational day of Phase One once a week. Up to two weeks ago, I've only done the second day. I understand I'm not doing what's ideal, and if anything at all, I just want to know if I should start at the beginning. The reason I did so was that I had a lot of mobility and muscle activation issues, so I kept troubleshooting the first day until I felt like I was able to achieve better muscle recruitment and range of motion on compound exercises.
