I have MAPS Anabolic, Aesthetic, Prime, Performance, and Anywhere. I’m a former Crossfitter who stepped back from that about two years ago and started doing Anabolic. Last January, I had rotator cuff repair (I'm not sure if the injury was work-related or due to something from working out). I've been working out mostly as usual for the last 8 months, about 5 days a week, but at much lower intensity and I’m certainly not back to full strength or mobility. My heart wants to go for Performance or Aesthetic, but is Anabolic the best place to start with the MAPS programming?
