    I started really lean, just working like that. And then more clients started to take me on board.

    Triathlete's Journey

    Louisa's journey as a triathlete laid the foundation for her entrepreneurial spirit. Growing up in Newcastle, she was inspired by her parents' work ethic and began her own ventures at a young age. Her competitive nature led her to triathlons, where she excelled and eventually qualified for the World Championship Series in Beijing.

    I was a great swimmer. And then I think at around 17, somebody dared me to do a triathlon.
