Conference Joy

Jon Krohn reflects on the joy and benefits of attending conferences in person, highlighting the positive impact on his mood and work enthusiasm. Jon emphasizes that while remote work has its advantages, the in-person interactions at conferences have reignited his passion for tackling problems and engaging with the community.

Just being able to get out there and see people in person at conferences or working with people in person, it's really, I don't know. For me personally, it's brought a lot of fun and joy back into working life for me.

Team Bonds

Despite the effectiveness of remote work, Jon finds that face-to-face interactions bring a unique energy and positivity that virtual meetings can't replicate.
