A conversation with Ken Berry, MD, and this Cholesterol Confusion. I did my bloodwork and cholesterol came up super high: LDL 7.5, NON-HDL 8.2, HDL 1.35, Total Cholesterol 9.6, HDL Ratio 7.12, Triglycerides 1.68.
