Did I buy the right program, or should I get the mommy one? If I should stay on the MAPS Anabolic, should I do the 6 Pack one with it somehow, or wait until after?
My partner has never been a big workout guy but wants to get into it. I've got him to do MAPS Anabolic with me a few times. He's a roller hockey player, so his butt and legs are chiseled, but his stomach and upper body are out of shape (he's 40 and about 195 lbs, with the same eating habits as me, just drinks a little more). He also skates multiple times a week, so I don't want to give him a leg day and overdo it. Do you have a program that focuses mostly on upper body? Or what program would you suggest for me?
What do you think of doing MAPS Anabolic 2 days a week and the mobility sessions from MAPS Performance on my off days?
